Instructions

  • Cook the ground beef in a large skillet over medium-high heat until browned, breaking it up into small pieces as it cooks.
  • Cook until the onion and garlic are softened, about 5 minutes, in the skillet.
  • Add the crushed tomatoes, cream of mushroom soup, water, basil, salt, and black pepper to the beef mixture in a slow cooker.
  • To combine, stir everything together thoroughly.
  • Cook on low for 6 to 8 hours or high for 3 to 4 hours, or until the spaghetti is tender and the sauce is hot and bubbly.
