Instructions

  • Remove the seeds from the spaghetti squash and cut it in half lengthwise.
  • Place the squash halves, cut side down, in the slow cooker.
  • Fill the slow cooker halfway with water and season the squash with salt and pepper.
  • Cook for 4-5 hours on low, or until the squash is tender.
  • Allow the squash to cool for a few minutes after removing it from the slow cooker.
  • Scrape the squash flesh into strands with a fork and serve.
